We are a group of friendly, sociable housemates who are looking for 2 more, neighbourly housemates to join our assemblage. Although we enjoy going out for a dinner or drink now and then, we are also happy just talking and chilling in front of the TV, whilst savouring good food. This house is in an excellent location for local amenities which are all in walking distance, trendy cafes, bars and restaurants, as well as easy transport links to the City.

The property is spacious with a large back garden, and is always kept clean and tidy by us, so it's worth a look! It is located on a quiet residential street of Harringay, N4, and all bills are included in the price.

The room itself is fully furnished, to include a bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers unit, and a table and chair. (If you want to bring your own mattress however, the Landlord is very accommodating!)

The shared areas include a good sized living area, conservatory, patio/decking area, and large back garden.
