I'm moving to another city and I'm looking for someone to rent my room.

The room is really spacious and bright with a private big garden, 3 minutes walk from Finsbury ParkTube Station (for the Victoria line and the Piccadilly line).

It is a large double offered furnished, with a double bed, cupboard and bedside 2 tables. It benefits from a large door window from which you can access to a little additional space (which can be used as a studio or as a utility room) and to a huge garden accessible only from this room.

The flat is located in a nice court and consist of other 3 rooms, a furnished kitchen, a bathroom with shower and sink and a separate toilette room.

The room is offered at £180 per week including bills (electricity, gas, water, internet and council tax.) and it hasn't any additional cost for couples. Deposit is £720. No agency cost.

The flat is let by an agency which provides a weekly cleaning and all the maintenance works.

The room is available from 1 October
