We have a studio flat available in our magnificent house six minutes' walk from Finsbury Park tube. It's on the ground floor and consists of a large bedroom (about 18 square metres), a decent sized kitchen and a shower room, all for your exclusive use. The flat is at the back of the house with pleasant views over the garden and is quiet.
All bills - council tax, water, electricity, gas and broadband - are included. You will have full use of our washing machine and tumble dryer..
You'll share a spectacular entrance through a lobby with stained glass and a fine hallway with three other occupants of the house. The others are a male postgraduate student from Saudi Arabia, another young male professional and myself, the landlord. Your door is off the hallway and once in your room you will have complete privacy.
The neighbourhood has lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. We are close to three beautiful parks - Finsbury Park, Clissold Park and Stoke Newington reservoirs and nature reserve.
I would consider a small dog.
Pretty much anywhere in central London half an hour or less door to door.
