Nice Double Room In Finsbury Park

Hi everyone, I have a double room to rent close to Finsbury Park station, available from Oct 10 (but can be as late as November). Minimum stay is till end of January. The room is cosy but bright, and it comes furnished but some items can be removed if you’re bringing your own.

We'd like our new flatmate to be someone house-trained and considerate, ideally with a proper 9-5 job outside of the home (some work from home is OK). Girls over 25 preferred as we are a bit older and would like to live with someone mature.

We don't mind the occasional guest but this is a small and quiet flat so we tend to socialize outside. It's our home so we do our best to respect each other's space, and you can definitely enjoy a peaceful evening here. Whether extrovert or introvert, we'd like our new flatmate to be someone friendly, who won’t shy away from a chat or a meal together sometimes if our schedules allow. We do have our own lives, though, so don't worry about movie nights or drinks with us if that's not your thing.

The flat is very well connected with the rest of the city via the tube, buses, rail and Overground, with the necessary amenities, pubs and restaurants a stone’s throw away. The area isn't pretty, but it's been growing and becoming more popular over the years. There's a big park a few minutes away and a gym around the corner.

Unfortunately, we're on the 3rd floor so the room isn't a good fit for people who cycle.

I'll be doing viewings from Sat 05/10. I'm free every day from 11:00 onwards, mostly in the late afternoon/evening, but I'm pretty flexible. If the ad is live the room is still available. To keep things easy and organized, I communicate primarily through Spareroom.
