We've got two lovely spacious double rooms to rent. The house is very big, bright, fully furnished with loads of communal space and comes with 2 fun and friendly flatmates!

ABOUT THE ROOMS AND THE HOUSE:

Our flat has two floors. On the lower floor we have 3 bedrooms and a bathroom and on the upper floor we have a massive living room, a dining area and a big kitchen with all the equipment you'd ever need.

Room 1: A double bed and a lot of space. Looks over a beautiful garden. You will share a bathroom with one housemate.
Rent: £1100 with all bills included.

Room 2: A large en-suite room with a double bed and a walk-in closet and loads of wardrobe space.
Rent: £1160 with all bills included.

ABOUT US
We are 2 girls, Martina and Muge (27 and 28). One of us works in a think tank and the other in PR. We are looking for housemates who don't mind cleaning and will want to make our house into a home for all of us. We like to watch Netflix, chat or cook together or go to the gym and play squash. We sometime have friends over for dinner and prefer people who are keen to socialise from time to time.

One of us works from home full time and the other once a week. There is quite a bit of space in the bedrooms to work as well as in the communal areas.

ABOUT THE AREA
The house is located between Finsbury Park, Clissold Park and two reservoirs with wildlife. We are well situated for commuting to central London (Manor House on Piccadilly line 3 minutes, Finsbury Park on Victoria line and Thameslink 12 minutes). There are grocery shops, restaurants and a cinema close by. There are also bus stops on either side of our road and we've also got the lovely Highbury within walking distance and Crouch end just up the road!
