Quiet room in spacious garden flat

We are looking for someone to share our spacious 3 bedroom garden flat in a quiet, no-through road in Finsbury park. It is 10 minutes walk to the station and a few minutes from buses to the City or West End. It's a few minutes walk to Clissold and Finsbury Parks, the Castle climbing Centre and Woodberry Wetlands, so a great place to live.

The flat is on the ground floor of a Victorian house. You will share a living room, kitchen, utility room, garden and bike store. The room for rent is on the ground floor and is a good size double with a window onto the back garden. There's space for a desk if you are home-working. There is no one above so its a very quiet room. You will be sharing a bathroom/shower with only one person as one room has an en-suite.

We are looking for someone easy-going and reasonably clean and tidy. You will be sharing with Patrick, a male 37 year old creative educator as well as Enzo, the Jack Russell x wire-haired dachshund cross and Maya, a cat who loves cuddles. The ideal flatmate is someone easy going, respectful of shared spaces and who like animals.
