Nice modern double room available, the flat has been recently modernised , consist of two double rooms , separate bathroom and kitchen , 5 min walking distance from Finsbury Park station with great transport links all over London , plenty of shops and restaurants near by , closest gym is within 5 min walking distance, and of course Finsbury Park is just a stone throw away .

I’m looking to double up with a student / professional , no drama just share a nice comfy London flat with a clean nice happy person and explore what the city has on offer .

My ideal flat mate would be intelligent , positive and has a good sense of humour .
