Relaxed double in Finsbury with great views

We are a couple and a cat with a double bedroom available while we put our flat up for sale so as you must be ok with the estate agent showing the room every so often, we are offering no deposit as a thankyou. Short term let on a monthly rolling basis likely 4+ months, minimum 1 month. Current lodger is moving back to Canada sadly so room will be available again from 5th December.

The flat:
7th floor great views, big windows, bright flat
Smallish but new bright kitchen, enough space for more than one person to cook at once. Plenty of supplies for baking, cooking, all shared.
Fridge, freezer, spice shelf, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes horse, bath and shower, dining table, shoe rack and coat rack (half will be yours to fill), bookcase, sofas, tv, PS4 and Wii.

You're welcome to bring cat-safe plants, more books, more pictures, whatever you like to add to the shared spaces.

About the building:
Built as a hotel in the 60s then sold off as private flats. Very safe building just off the main road. We have a caretaker/concierge Gregory who cleans the communal hallways daily, deals with any queries or issues during the day and is in the foyer in the evenings as 'security' though this isn't really needed. Lifts x 2 and each floor has a small communal balcony where people usually keep their bikes.

About us:
We have been in the flat for around eight years now, married six years and together for nine. We are relaxed humans who are chatty and nice (strange writing about yourself eh?). We are quite independent, sometimes watch TV, films, documentaries etc in the evenings, but often will be out and about. We like things to be clean but don't mind a bit of mess, want it to be a home first and foremost. As long as everyone cleans up after themselves so there is space for each person to relax or cook whenever they want, we are happy. Life can be stressful so we aim for a relaxed atmosphere and be mindful of downtime/alone time needs though we are friendly so often end up chatting.

About Fiona: I'm a Londoner with Scottish blood. I’m an intensive care nurse at the Royal Free, now doing some nonclinical hours 8-6 Monday-Wednesday and a clinical shift on Saturdays so won't see a lot of me on those days. Also studying for a masters in healthcare education, next module starts in January! I like love TV, coffee/matcha walks, painting, crafting, music with friends, family, trying to get back into yoga and running etc again.

About Nadjib: Nadjib is Algerian and has been in the UK for 16 years. He is a general porter at St Thomas Hospital and just finished an interpreting course. Works 8-4 weekdays, usually goes for a walk in the evenings to call the family back home. He likes football, philosophy, music, films and general silliness.

About Bowie: We have a cute and cuddly Cat "Bowie". He is 3 years old, playful but also independent. I've taught him to high five which I am very proud of haha. He is an indoor cat so has toys around the place so he doesn't get too bored. One litter tray in the living room which is enclosed and we clean regularly and friends say doesn't smell (I always check just in case!)

Moving Date: the availability of the room starts from 5th of December, other dates considered

Monies: 1250/month including all bills like utility bills, council tax, internet, TV etc.
