As one member of the flat is moving out, we have a large double room available in spacious flat with 3 lovely girls!

The room is fully furnished (double bed, desk, chair and storage). The flat is situated on the 1st floor and has 4 bedrooms, a large living room (with sofas, TV), a rooftop with furniture and a bbq, one bathroom and fully equipped kitchen with kitchen table and chairs.

The house is ideally situated; less than 10 min walk Finsbury Park Station, 5 minute walk to Crouch Hill overground and 5 minute walk from Finsbury Park. There is a Sainsbury's Local over the road and a large Tesco a short walk away.

You will share the flat with 3 women, all professionals. The home is relaxed, social and easy going.

£583.83 for the room, including the electricity bill, with all other bills (gas, council tax, internet, tv license and cleaner) coming in around £100pm
