There is a huge terrace with a barbecue.
The room has a double bed and a sofa.

The bills aren’t included.
Council tax is around 100£/month.
Internet 33£/month.
Gas and electricity are really cheap less than 30£/month for both.
There is a 75£/person agency fee

The rent starts on the 19th of each month.
Landlord and agent are available.
