Short term let, 2 mins walk from the park

Hi,

I’m moving into a new place with some other friends and so looking to find someone to move in for the rest of the tenancy from around Sunday 13th October until December 19th! Dates flexible, price negotiable

The room is great! Really bright, lots of storage and a really comfy memory foam mattress. The living/ kitchen space is roomy and is always kept clean. We have a TV licence, Netflix and Amazon Prime.
There are 2 bathrooms and a large hallway which is great for extra storage of coats and shoes.

The flat itself is shared with a couple of great girls in their mid 20s, both working professionals.

The flat is a 7 minute walk to Manor House Tube Station which is zone 2 on the piccadilly line.
It’s also a 5 minute walk to haringey green lanes overground which goes to a few handy places including Hampstead heath!
Haringey national rail station is 10 mins walk and Finsbury Park station is a pleasant 15 mins walk through the park.
There’s also some really good bus routes heading to Shoreditch and London Bridge that can be accessed a few minutes walk from the flat.
