Renting out my room for November and December. It's a genuine 3mins walk to the station (Victoria, Piccadilly tube lines + Great Northern and National Rail). Gets you to Oxford Circus in 10mins.

The Room
Double room with high ceiling and lots of storage.

The Flat
Big kitchen, even bigger living room and a big old roof garden too! The bathroom is classically London small. A lockable space downstairs for a bike too.

The flat mate.
You'll be sharing with one, professional Male housemate. I've known him for 15years and can vouch he is very easy going and nice to be around.

The area
If you don't know Finsbury Park - it has a really nice mix of fun and quiet. Lots of bars open late and great restaurants too. Lots of green spaces too - Finsbury Park is about 5mins walk away, 15mins walk from Clissold Park the Parkland walk to High Gate starts outside the station too.
