Large double room in Finsbury Park

Hi 👋, our lovely flatmate is moving back to Australia and we are looking for a friendly, clean flatmate to take her place. You will be living with two girls in their early thirties who both have professional jobs and work 9-5 Mon-Fri. It’s a very relaxed flat, we’re always up for a drink or dinner together but we don’t live in each other’s pockets.

The room is a massive furnished double bedroom in a 3 bed flat on a quiet residential street. It has large windows so it is nice and bright and has plenty of storage. It is less than 10 minutes to Finsbury Park station so easy access to the Victoria and Piccadilly lines and also loads of bus options too. It is a short walk to Tesco & Sainsbury's as well as pubs, wine bars and coffee shops which we can finally take advantage of again! The place is bang on for what you pay; we don't have a lounge room but have a balcony and a communal kitchen with washer/dryer. We share a bathroom complete with bath/shower.

Rent is £499.50 per month (£324.50 per month for August and September)
Deposit is £410
Council Tax £42.96 per month
Internet £18.15 per month (although we plan on trying to find a cheaper deal when our contract is up)
Gas/Electric vary but usually approx. £50 quarterly
Water bill comes every 6 months, but roughly works out at around £10 per month
