Beautiful double for a couple in flatshare

We are a couple looking ideally for another couple to replace our friends moving out - available from mid-August. The rent for a couple is £1000pcm (£500pcm each). Water is included in rent, but all other bills (Gas/electric, council tax and internet) come to approx £90pcm each. We currently have a cleaner who comes once a week which costs £25 each a month. This is up for discussion if you'd prefer to clean yourself.

The flat is over 3 floors and the room has its own floor and bathroom. It's a decent sized double with large windows and built-in wardrobes. There is a shared kitchen/living room on the top floor, which opens onto a roof terrace. There is a spare room which we use as an office, but it has a bed and could be available to you for occasional use for friends or family to stay over. Other facilities of note include:

- TV
- Fast fibre internet
- A sizeable south-facing, un-overlooked roof terrace with lots of plants, a table and chairs and a BBQ

We've lived here 8 years, know the area very well and love it. The flat is ideally located 10min walk from Finsbury Park Underground and National Rail station, 10min walk from Finsbury Park itself and a 5min walk to bustling Stroud Green Road which is full of great restaurants, cafes, shops, a large Tesco, 2 small Sainsbury's and an amazing independent grocery store. Pubs nearby include the Faltering Fullback with its famous beer garden, the Old Dairy and the beautiful W. B Yeats.

We are sociable, tolerant, generally chilled young professionals. Although we're both busy with work, we enjoy cooking and baking and frequently have friends over for dinner. We love music, going to gigs and festivals (except for this year sadly...), but equally happy chilling with a book or watching films & TV. We'd love to find housemates who share our interests!

We deal directly with the landlord (no agents involved), who is a responsive, nice human - always a bonus!
