Hi Everyone,

We currently have 1 x Large Double Room available in our enormous Grade 2 listed flat in the N4 Haringey / Finsbury Park area. You would be living with two very lovely, fun, chilled and considerate housemates (31 & 35) who both work in the creative industry.

So about the apartment- We live in a STUNNING French Renaissance flat built circa 1889, it has a giant (and I do mean giant) open plan living room (see pics) a custom made French bar, beautiful 20ft high ceilings, a 14ft dining table and retains all its original ornate features- chandleries, oak flooring, hand painted ceiling, giant bay windows, original fireplaces and ornate carvings throughout. It also has the added benefit of a modern fitted kitchen with new integrated appliances, and a stylish bathroom with a very decent shower.

Lisa and I are hoping to find someone we can really get on with being as the lockdown has us spending a bit more time at home. We’re looking for someone (like us) that is chilled but really considerate of others, whom will naturally help with the upkeep of the house and will want to socialise from time to time… maybe with a wee glass of wine?

IMPORTANT BITS:

With move in dates we are pretty flexible! The room can be either furnished (with a super comfy bed and wardrobe for a modest fee) or unfurnished, depending on your preference.

In terms of transport, we have brilliant links: very close to Manor House and Finsbury Park Underground Station as well as Haringey Overground, and loads of major bus routes into Central very nearby.

Long-term Lets | Rent for an individual £895pcm OR for a couple £1025 | DOES include Gas and Central Heating, but does NOT include Council Tax, Water, Internet (Fast 200GB), Netflix (if wanted) and Electricity, which roughly comes to an additional £70 - £95pm.

Short-term Lets | For an individual (which includes all bills and fast 200GB Internet) will be £1000 for 30 days stay| £525 for 2 weeks | £275 for 1 weeks stay. Couples will be welcomed at an additional 15% fee on the above. In addition, a modest security deposit will be required dependant on the length of stay.

** In the first instance, if you’re interested it would be great to get a small paragraph just telling us a bit about you, i. e. your profession, what you do in your spare time etc. It doesn’t have to be an essay so don’t worry, just enough so we can get to know a bit about you.
