Bills included small double bedroom

Hello, I share my house with 4 tenants and now have a room available rent.

This is a double bedroom with all bills and weekly house cleaner included. I want to keep my house friendly and welcoming to all. I am looking for someone who likes things kept tidy, clean and is a happy person.
-The room has a double bed with mattress (standard size and new), a chest of draws with clothes hanging bar, small work desk with chair and a full length mirror.
-I live a 2 min walk away from the beautiful Clissold park and min away from the castle climbing centre (a great place).
-I have a small supermarket 1 min away.
Buses 141, 341, 106 have bus stops 1 min away.
-Manor House and Finsbury park tube stations are a 10/15 min away or very quick with a nearby bus.
-I have a big rear garden that is beautiful in the summer, it gets lots of direct sun, flowers and veg (green fingers welcome).
-The house is kept clean with my help and a weekly cleaner but I expect you to help tidy to.
