Bright airy double room in Finsbury Park!

Hello!

Available is a large sunny double bedroom in our very spacious flat backing on to Finsbury Park! The rent is £700pm with bills being around £100 on top.

The flat is super bright with big windows in every room and is over three floors with a big kitchen and living room and one shared bathroom.

Myself and my boyfriend share the other bedroom & due to our current flat mate moving out we are looking for someone new to join us.

We have a small dog called Barney (see pics!) so you must be happy to live with a dog as he is part of the furniture! We would also consider pets subject to them getting along with Barney.

We are very chilled and happy for someone to move in and make the place their own. We are both tidy and respectful people so ideally would like to find someone who also likes to keep a clean home :) I work from home full time, so am in the house a fair bit but keep myself to myself mostly. JR works from the office.

Finsbury Park station is 5 minutes away with great access to everywhere! Overground and underground which is the Victoria and Piccadilly line. Easy travel into central and good commuter spot for most places. We usually cycle around town and we store our bikes in the large downstairs cupboard which you can do too.

There are lots of local amenities including shops, pubs, restaurants, a gym and great yoga studio. There is a fab bowling alley at the bottom of the road & amazing local pub which does great Thai food, The Faltering Fullback.

The room is available to rent from the 28th November so we need to find someone able to move in fairly soon.

The room comes mostly unfurnished with just the chest of drawers and bedside cabinet so you will need to bring your own wardrobe & bed.
