Room in a spacious house Zone2, friendly household

I am sad to be leaving London and this amazing household and I hope that you will enjoy it as much as I have! :)

The house is within a quiet estate with a Sainsbury's, another local shop, a pharmacy, a chippy and a local pub with spacious beer garden, all just around the corner. There is also a climbing centre just across the road (The Castle).
Manor House and Finsbury Park stations are both ~10 mins away as well.

The huge ground floor space is where the shared living room and the kitchen are + a toilet under the stairs (convenient for guests). The house benefits from a nice garden with a barbecue as well.
There is also driveway in case you have a car.

You will be sharing this house with 4 young professionals with very diverse interests. We are all busy with our lives, but we also do make sure that we have the occasional social activity together, like a barbecue outside on a nice summer day, a movie night or a furious Jenga battle!

The house is also only 5 minutes away from the beautiful Clissold Park if you fancy a nice walk.

The room you will be living in has a single bed, it's on the 2nd floor and you will be sharing a bathroom with two of the other housemates.

The deposit is £650, which is £550 for the basic deposit, plus £100 for some of the furniture in the room (only the bed and the wardrobe come with the room, the rest has been passed from a roommate to a roommate).

The bills are:
- £36.30 for council tax
- £30 for the recurring monthly bills (broadband, TV license, Netflix, cleaner, cleaning products)
- the utility bills (water, gas, electricity) average out to around £30 pcm per person over the year.
