1 en-suite, luxury flat, spa, gym, swimming pool

Hello! We are two 30 year old professionals (m + f) looking for a housemate aged 27-35 to move into our gorgeous flat overlooking woodberry downs.

The room is a large ensuite with walk-in wardrobe, and access to a balcony with a stunning view of London skyline. The rent includes access to the building's swimming pool, gym, sauna and steam room.

There's a large lounge/dining area great for hosting, but we're v happy watching a film and chilling most weeknights.

We both wfh half of the week in the lounge, and theres plenty of space to work from in your bedroom as it is the master suite. Bills are about 150/month including a cleaner who comes once every two weeks.

Manor House tube (piccadilly line) is a 5 min walk and finsbury park (victoria/piccadilly/national rail) is a 20 min walk. Stoke Newington (overground) is a 20 min walk.

We're a stone's throw from Finsbury Park, and if you want take the parkland walk to Highgate or Alexandra Palace, and a 15 min walk to Clissold Park to see the deer and goats

We currently live here but have a housemate moving out at the end of the tenancy so looking for someone to join the tenancy, the deposit will be given when we agree to renew!
