Amazing Double Room/Private Bathroom - N43FT

Hi there, I have a double room available with your own bathroom from 23rd of June. The apartment is a 30 second walk to Finsbury Park station and I'll be looking for someone to sign the new contract by May 7th. 😊

THE APARTMENT

I was the first person to move into the apartment 12 months ago with my friend from work, but she has now decided not to extend for a further 12 months, but I really don't want to give up this amazing apartment. We have an enormous South facing balcony that gets the sun from 12pm - Sunset in the summer and dinner on the balcony is a common occurrence. Everything, as you'd expect in a new apartment, is new, underfloor heating, all new appliances including a dishwasher and washer/dryer. I also have a new corner sofa coming so the room sitting area will look much nicer very soon!

FLATMATE

As it's only a 2 bedroom flatmate you'd just be living with me! I'm a 26 year old recruitment manager for an IT company in Kentish Town. I'm a very sociable person, I love meeting new people and I'd be very happy binging a Netflix series and sharing a bottle of wine. 🍷

LOCATION

The postcode of the building is N43FT and we're right on-top of the entrance to Finsbury Park - You can get from the apartment to Oxford Street in about 12 minutes. Finsbury Park station is on the Victoria & Picadilly line, as well having an overground.

BILLS

The bills will typically come in at around £100pm on top of the £1000pm rent. This can differ slightly but not by a great deal.

MOVE IN

The room will be available for you to move in from 23rd June, maybe a little earlier but it will depend on when my current flatmate finds a new place with her friends.
I do however need someone to sign the new contract by 7th May!! 😎

Just as an FYI, I am planning to get a Cockapoo later this year as the landlord has said it's fine, so hopefully you're a dog lover 🐶
