Newly renovated flat

My partner + I are looking for a new flat mate to share our current home.

We have recently renovated the entire house and before the building work took place had a flat mate. They moved out when the builders started knocking down walls.

The room; 3.1mx4m, carpeted, with a large window overlooking the garden. It comes partly furnished with a large desk, single daybed style bed, large mirror and desk lamp. The rent is inclusive of all bills [council tax, water, electric, gas, wifi].

Us; we are a couple and are young-ish professionals whom both work in the emergency services. We have a cat called Zion whom we love very much. We like going to the pub and to the gym and recently have started doing a lot of gardening during the lockdowns.

We're looking for a quiet respectful person to share our home with.
