Room in spacious and relaxed new build house

3 friends living in Finsbury Park looking for a 4th housemate. The house is a very friendly and relaxed vibe, so looking for someone who enjoys socialising as a house, wouldn't mind going out on the weekend occasionally, just generally being a good fit.

We had somebody pull out last minute, so we are looking for someone who can view the house over the next week or so and move in on the 1st of October.

We are all clean & tidy professionals and enjoy various sports and generally keeping active.

The flat rented on a 12 month contract.

The house is a spacious new build with a brilliant garden, big shared lounge/ kitchen space, large bathroom (4 bathrooms in the flat for 4 people, the shower for this room would be shared with 1 other), there is also lots of storage space around the flat with a loft and a drying room.

It's perfectly located in Finsbury Park near pubs, restaurants, shops and a quick walk to the tube. The room has a queen size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, but doesn't have a desk unfortunately.
