Double room Crouch Hill 6 month let - from March 2

Double room coming available in our house.

It's free for 6 months. It could go longer but I can't guarantee it at the moment,

There's myself and my daughter (11) and one other housemate (male). It's a fairly creative house and we entertain every few weeks. You'll be welcome to join in - we prefer it that way.

The room is a double, the house has a garden, big living room, large kitchen, 2 bathrooms. We have a wood burning stove that we use a lot, and we're looking for someone who will add to the ambience of the place.

This room always goes fast - viewings will be next week - Wed through Fri.

Short term accepted - 2 month minimum. £900 pcm
