Low rent in exchange for babysitting 2 nights pw

I am a single dad with a brilliant 9 year old daughter. Her mum has had to move to France so I am now a full time dad.

Our last brilliant student / sitter has just moved in with her auntie after a great year with us, so we are looking for someone new.

The arrangement is simple, you get a very cheap room (£500 no bills) in a great house in exchange for 1-2 nights babysitting per week, so that I am able to go out every now and then and my daughter's routine isn't disrupted by babysitters she doesn't know.

The room is a double, the house has a garden, big living room, large kitchen, 2 bathrooms.

It's a fairly creative house and we entertain often.
