The room is available for one person, not couples.
The first floor flat is nice and clean , located in a quiet residential area. Unfortunately there is no living room in the flat.
In the flat already lives a couple and their 10 years old daughter.
There is a person who smokes but not in the whole flat just at the bathroom's window or outside.
The room is £650 with all bills and Internet included.
We request a month deposit and references.
