Room in Finsbury Park

Spare room available in lovely 3-bed flat in Finsbury Park, Islington. Moving out of London this month for postgrad and so looking for someone to take over the tenancy - which will be a total of 13 months (sorry no short let’s considered)

The Flat
The flat is top two floors of a lovely converted terraced house on a safe and leafy street, with a large living room and big seperate kitchen. All refurbished only a few years ago and still all in very good condition.

The Room
The room has a double bed, a chest of drawers (the ones pictured in the living room originally came with the room) and I will also add a wardrobe if this is your preference. The room is the middle one in the property and is fairly sized; I have worked in here all year with no issues. The desk will be removed but could be left for a fee.

The Housemates
You will be sharing with two others, both 25 year old men: one is a professional working in local government and the other studying/working in healthcare. Both are very easy going, clean and are looking for the same. Interests include sport, music, nights out and occasional flat pint in one of the pubs nearby. Male preferred; professional preferred but older students considered.

The Location
Finsbury Park is a lovely area and the flat is close to the tube station (8-10m walk) which is Victoria and Piccadilly lines as well as overground, and less than five minutes walk to Crouch Hill overground station with quick links to Hackney and west London. I have loved the area and so have both housemates hence staying in the property for the next 13 months.

The Contract
The room costs £660pcm plus bills which is a good price for the area; bills are generally £80-100 per month (electricity is on a metre)
