Spacious double bedroom with great transport links

This spacious, light, furnished double bedroom (single occupancy) will be available from 1st July.

The room is furnished with a comfortable double bed (with under-bed storage), desk and chair (overlooking our large, mature garden) and further storage in the form of a hanging wardrobe (with two further drawers), a large chest of drawers and shelving. All rooms in the house boast a fireplace!
You would have use of a shared bathroom, which includes a bath with in-bath shower attachment, (which would be shared with one other lodger) sink, toilet and laundry line.

We have a large and well equipped double kitchen/dining area, which acts as the friendly, common space.

We are a fun, busy, laid back household. I am a live in landlady (though not fond of that description!). The house is also home to 2 of my grown up ‘kids’ (atm) and a further 2 lodgers (all in their mid/late 20’s) and 2 cats!

Our lodgers can choose to be as private or as sociable as they want to be, but we find the best fit for us has been busy, independent professionals, who are house trained and take pride in keeping a clean and tidy home. We do also feel it is important to respect each other's privacy.

Our beautiful Victorian house is situated in a quiet street near to Finsbury Park and Crouch End, N4. There are good transport links: Finsbury Park is a 5 minute bus ride away in one direction - for easy access to National Rail links and the tube - Victoria and Piccadilly line. Haringey and Crouch Hill overground stations are also 5 mins away.

Stroud Green road has good food shopping and eating haunts. Crouch End and Muswell Hill offer more interesting shops as well as many cafes and eateries. There are a number of gyms and a swimming pool 10 mins bus ride away.

Rent is £800 plus £800 deposit in advance) and includes all bills and broadband link.
