The flat is a 12 minute walk to both Finsbury Park Station (Victoria Line) and Arsenal Station (Piccadilly Line). Clissold Park is a 3 minute walk and 15 minutes to the centre of Church Street. The flat is perfectly located to both access the underground and a short walk to Stokey with all its shops, restaurants and pubs.

You will be sharing with myself (Elaine) and Hugh. I’m 40, and work in Dalston which is a 10 minute cycle. I’m a graphic designer by day and stand up comedian in the evening though I won’t subject you to my jokes! I also enjoy, yoga, meditation and make art when I can.

Hugh (32) works in marketing and divides his time between the flat, where he works from home a couple of days a week, the office, and nearby pubs. In his spare time he is a reluctant runner and produces music (like with the jokes, you needn’t worry though!).
