Room in beautiful Finsbury Park (Dec - May)

Hello!

I am looking for a short term room-mate in the period of 9 Dec - May. You’d have the whole place to yourself around half the time and share with my close friends who are a couple during Jan.

About the flat:

- 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom on the second floor of a Victorian terrace.

- Super quiet and peaceful.

- 7 min walk to Finsbury Park station, meaning amazing train and bus links (Victoria and Piccadilly Line, Thameslink, National Rail, loads of buses). Get anywhere easily, incl airports.

- 5 min walk to Manor House st (Piccadilly line).

- Tucked in between Finsbury Park and Clissold Park - 1min walk to Finsbury Park, 5-10 min walk to Clissold.

- Really bright room, super comfortable living space, loads of house plants, amazing tv and speakers

- Washer/dryer.

- Nice kitchen with usual stuff.

- Dedicated bike lock (outside flat) to chain your bike to.

- Really nice neighbourhood street lined with trees and Victorian terraces. Super close to Highbury and Stoke Newington.

- Really nice neighbours all around.

- Good shower pressure :)

- Sadly no outdoor space but Finsbury Park is literally around a corner and Clissold is super close too.

About the room:

- Massive (4mx4m) double room.

- Lovely and bright, gets the afternoon sun through a large window. Looks out over a lovely garden (though sadly we don't have access to it) and partial views of Finsbury Park.

- Furnished with big bed, super comfy mattress, book shelf, and large wardrobe.

I am a 35yo Australian lawyer, but we’ll be away so you’d have the place to yourself for part of the time and my friends would stay in the other room the other part. Depending how long you stay you may also overlap with my girlfriend and I when we return to London around March.

The room will have furtniture / bedding and some personal stuff in there on the shelves / in the wardrobes, it will be clean and tidy for you, plenty of room for your stuff, but not completely empty.
