Good sized double room available for let in nice quiet top floor 2-bed flat ~10m walk from Finsbury Park station. 2m walk from shops and supermarket on Stroud Green Rd, 5m walk to Finsbury Park. Right on the Parkland Walk to Highgate too which is a great trail for running.

Available any time from July onwards, current resident Alex is moving back home. Some flexibility in exact move-in date if you need. Only available until October as I will be moving back in then (I am currently working abroad for a charity). Duration is negotiable if you need the room for less time.

You'll be living with Marcus, a 35yo professional who is from the US. He's sociable but chill, and pretty quiet, clean and tidy.

I own the flat and like to think I'm pretty chill, so no annoying agent to deal with. Council tax and internet included, other bills not included. They will be split equally and will be approx. £50-75pm each.

There is good gas central heating and fibre internet. The flat has brand new double glazed windows which keep the noise and cold out.

The flat is in good condition but not brand new. Bathroom has had a small refurb and new windows all done with the exception of the kitchen. Could use new carpet and some painting, but for now at least you don't have to worry about spilling your coffee. I have brightened it up with quite a few plants so hopefully you are green fingered!

The kitchen is small and dated, but clean and everything works well. New gas hob, electric oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster.


Living room has a medium sized table, small sofa, and TV with Chromecast. It's perfect for having one or two people over, but can't get more than 5 round the table.

Bedroom is a good size with double bed and mattress, wardrobe, desk for wfh and a few storage bits. Feel free to bring your own bits/desk, but the main bits of furniture need to stay as I'll need them when i get back. There is storage space in loft too.

Secure space for a bike in the downstairs hall. Street parking available if you buy a permit from the Council. Finsbury Park C, Haringey.


The flat is kept relatively tidy and clean, it's not really a flat for socialising in as the lounge is pretty small, but it's fine for having a few people for dinner or whatever every now and again, so it's a nice quiet space. Downstairs flatmate is very quiet too and we're friendly with each other so would prefer not to upset that dynamic too much!
