I am subletting my lovely en-suite double room for June and July, as I'll be away for work. It is in a 4 bed terraced house in a peaceful neighbourhood near Clissold Park - close by are Stoke Newington Church Street, The Castle climbing centre, the reservoir and nature reserve.

It's less than 10 mins' walk to Finsbury Park and Manor House tube and easy for Dalston, Islington and all that East and North London have to offer.

The room is a very bright large sized double on the third floor, recently painted. It is furnished with a double bed, a desk, an office chair, shelves and double built in wardrobes. The en-suite has a toilet, basin and shower.

We're also lucky to have a nice sized garden with roses and blackberries. We have a large kitchen looking out onto the garden, which is lovely for morning breakfast! There's also a separate lounge with screen and a good sound system for film nights or relaxing.

The current housemates are super nice. They have lived here for as long as 8 years, with professions varying from film industry to logistics to horticulture. We're looking for someone chilled who wants a nice home vibe based on respectful co-living. Everyone is independent but friendly and inclusive.

The room is available from the 1st June. £950pcm inc. bills.
