We have a spare room coming up in our lovely three bedroom flat with a large living room, kitchen, bathroom and lots of storage.

The room is a good size with large windows, a double bed, a desk, and plenty of storage space for clothes.

The current tenants are Adam who is studying for his PHD and Dominic who is a gardener.

We are looking for someone who is relatively chilled and easygoing. There may also soon be a second room up for rent as well, so this could be suitable for two friends who want to move in together.

Flat covers two floors with living room and kinchen on the ground floor and three bedrooms and bathroom on top floor. There are two security doors on the way in and flat is accessed from ground level by two flights of stairs.

Close to crouch hill overground with links to Gospel Oak and Barking and 20 minute walk or 5 minute bus to Finsbury Park station. Archway also about 25 minute walk away.

Including bills (council tax, water, internet & utilities) the room comes to just £930.
