Quiet furnished double room overlooking garden

This is a very artistic house, in Finsbury park, 5 mins to Crouch hill overground station and maybe 15 minutes to Finsbury park station, where you get the Picadilly and Victoria line, the trains (straight to Gatwick airport) and lots of buses. Beautiful Crouch end is just a walk over the hill.

Stevie and I are living in one of the three rooms of this unconventional terraced house. We love interesting stuff and if you ever need props, we have everything you can imagine in the house. I am a freelance animator with my little animation studio in one corner of the spacious kitchen, my partner is a musician (no worries, his drum kit is in storage) and in one of the rooms lives Jay who is a very easy going lady who works a lot.

We have a big living room with very comfy sofas and we like to play board games (which we have in abundance!) or watch films/series but there's no pressure in having to cook together and all that stuff, everybody can do their thing!

Although on the fotos it may look a bit chaotic, we keep the common areas (kitchen, bathroom, living room) clean and tidy but with a lot of decoration :-)
But it is important that you come around to see for yourself because you need to like the mood and environment as it is our home and we feel well here.
The living room area is nice for socialising but everybody here also likes their own space.

We love gardening and ideally we would love to have flatmates that look after our plants and fish when we're away, as I am working outside London a lot.

Although we have space, this is not a party household, but also not the 10-o'clock bedtime place, so we always give a 3-month trial period, so each side can decide if it works, and we've made a lot of good friends from our housemates!

Preferably no home office, it can be done occasionally in the room,
but we had people blocking the living room with home office, making others uncomfortable.

The most important thing is that we get along and feel well living with each other, I fell in love with this house when I moved in 14 years ago!
