Double Room 5 mins Away from Finsbury Tube Station

Hi Friends,

We are renting out a double room in a flat that 3-5 mins away from Finsbury Park station. As our ex flat mate moved for business purpose.

This is a quite area and really close to Finsbury Park Station where you get lots of transportation opportunities (Victoria and Piccadilly line, National Trains to almost everywhere)

The room is in a 3 bed flat. No living room but we have separate kitchen is big enough to have meals or get socialise.

We are 1 professional male and a couple who are working in tech area. So, it will be a 4 people living at the flat when you move in.

We have a big garden where we have barbecue parties and lots of fun when its warm enough. (it is a bit unloved atm but we will work on it before the summer)

We are looking to get a professional person who knows how to share a home, how to have fun when its suits for everyone.

Some of the furniture will be staying as it is. You will have large double bed, chest of drawers and there is a desk.
