Hello,

My lovely flatmate is leaving to complete her PhD and I am now looking for a person to share this wonderful house with me.
Off street parking available.

About the room: Lovely sunny bedroom facing the front of the house. It comes fully furnished with a double bed and a massive floor to ceiling wardrobe.

The house:
The kitchen has everything you could need, huge amounts of storage, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, double oven, separate fridge freezer.
The living room and conservatory (the dining) are incredibly spacious and stunning. In the process of buying new furniture.
Two bathrooms that have just been renovated.

I currently work in data engineering, mostly from home. I love cooking, sports, adventure, music and more.
I am looking for a professional who is tidy, clean, respectful and mostly works outside of the home.
Would be good to share the space with someone who is happy to do their own thing and come together when we have the chance. This is not a party house but there will definitely be nice dinners and birthday parties.

About the costs: rent is £1000, broadband and water are around £30 per person with energy and cleaner on top, I will cover council tax.

I will require a 4 weeks deposit and references.

No couples, no pets. The room is available from the beginning/mid October for a 6 months contract initially, with potential for renewal.
