1 double en-suite rooms in friendly Finsbury

Hello! We have one double room + private bathroom available in a lovely flat in Finsbury Park. Available from 30th November.

You will be sharing with Sam (Events), Rachel (Retail Manager) & Lis (Charity) who are females in our late 20’s and early 30’s.

The flat is the lower ground floor of a big house on a quiet residential street. It has 4 double bedrooms with space for a desk, 4 private bathrooms and a big open plan kitchen, dining and living area all on one level. We have a courtyard style garden. There's photos of the room and a video of the kitchen, dining and living area.

Bedroom comes with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and a wardrobe, all other furniture not included. Bathroom has a large shower.

The room is including bills and currently approx. £900 a month. We keep this approximate just in case bills rise in winter and we need to top up a bit! This price also includes a cleaner twice a month.

Location-wise, the flat is a 5-7 minutes walk from Finsbury Park station with mainline train and tube connections (Victoria and Piccadilly line) and Manor House station (Piccadilly line). It's a great spot on a quiet street and very close to both Finsbury Park and Clissold park. The Finsbury Park area has loads of great restaurants and cafe's nearby and a Tesco, Lidl, M&S and Sainsbury's for all your grocery needs.

The flat has always been pretty chilled and want to keep the vibe going, so looking for flatmates who are up for living in a friendly environment, up for a house pint down the pub every now and then but ideally has their own social life as we’re all busy gals and appreciate our own space from time to time. The flat is kept really homely, clean and tidy - quiet house proud and looking for someone similar!

We are only looking for female housemates between the ages of 28 and 33 to come and slot into this lovely home.
