I (James 25M) will be looking to leave my household of Tatiana (25F), Meg (25f) and Isabelle (26F) to move in with my partner in August.
I have a spacious, lovely room at the top of the flat - the largest of the set. The room will come furnished for the remainder of the 5 month period, but I will be reclaiming my bed and chair as we get settled into our new place!
We have no indication that the landlord is seeking to end the tenancy, so it is likely that renewal will be possible in the new year.
About the flat:
4 bed, 2 bath house with a spacious lounge. Bright throughout the house and only a 10 minute walk to Finsbury Park station or 20 mins to Holloway Road, Crouch End or Archway.
About us:
We're a sociable bunch who enjoy pub trips, walks, dancing etc. We like our chats in the kitchen and lounge, but also let each other have our own space.
The catch?
We can only promise a 6 month tenancy - it's likely they will allow us to renew though!
