Double room In Finsbury Park

We have a double room available in our 3 bedroom flat.
The room is south facing and gets loads of natural light. It has a double bed, a big wardrobe and chest of draws. There is a bathroom that is shared between the two rooms on the first floor of the flat.

We have a large lounge and kitchen space, which we use most evenings for cooking and watching TV. We also have lots of house plants, which you would be welcome to add to! The kitchen has all the usual appliances and a washer and dryer. Also just off the kitchen, there is a large cupboard, so you could easily store a bike here.
Mark is 29 and works as a Landscape Architect and Aidan is 28 working in cancer research. We are both pretty active, though happily spend an evening on the sofas after work. We both work from the office almost all the time so we are looking for someone who will also not work from home too much. We are both into sport, especially cycling. A well as being active ourselves we both love watching sport and will be glued to the tv watching the Olympics in the next couple of weeks. We would like to find someone friendly and relaxed, who might like to hang out occasionally, but is also happy doing their own thing. Mark is Vegan and Aidan is Veggie so it would be a bonus if you're a veggie/vegan but its not a necessity.

The flat is about a 10 minute walk from Finsbury park station (Victoria line/national rail/Piccadilly) and 5 mins from Manor House (Piccadilly). The bus network is also really well connected and you can probably make it to most areas in North and East London within 30 mins, and down to Victoria in 30 mins also! Both Finsbury Park and Clissold park are near by and are great for runs or just relaxing outside. The west reservoir is also a short walk away which is great for outdoor swimming.

We are looking for a professional person around our age who is keen to have a chat in the evenings and go to the pub every so often but also has their own life like we do.

We’ll be doing viewings from the 6th. During the week we will do a few viewings from 19:00 and will do a block on Sunday the 11th.
As with most room adverts in London these days we are expecting to get a lot of interest so may not be able to get back to everyone.
