we are looking for a mindful and social person to join our twenty person community living experiment.

you:
- are looking for a social and community vibe
- are looking to make new friends and connections
- are open-minded and flexible to live with twenty (!) other people
- will be respectful and responsible for the belongings in the communal areas
- are able and willing to contribute to a clean, healthy and vibrant home
- will help move the household forward in your own way
- can co-habitate with smokers, vegetarians, queer ppl, loud ppl, quiet ppl, and creatives
- will be a friend of the house if you decide to move out

you are not:
- experiencing issues with substance abuse
- a couple
- sensitive to noise; the room shares a room with our main socializing space
- bringing many belongings to be stored outside of your room

included:
- all bills (small payment <£10/mo for house kitty)
- weekly cleaner
- wifi
- smiles

good to know:
- four toilets, three showers, two washing machines
- closest tube is Manor House (zone 2). easy connects to victoria line and gospel oak - barking overground
- the room itself is unfurnished and images are from a previous tenant
