About the flat and room:
The flat is really nice and modern. You will have the bedroom and bathroom to yourself (as my room has an en-suite). The kitchen and lounge area is a good size and the balcony is great for sitting out on summer nights.
The building complex also comes with a 24/7 concierge service, a communal garden and as mentioned, access to a gym, swimming pool, sauna and steam room (which is located in another building, 2 mins walk away).
Location:
The flat is located next to the Woodbury down reservoir and nature reserve which guarantees stunning views most evenings. We are a 15 minute walk from Stoke Newington high street and Clissold park - two to the highlights of east London imo. We are also 15 minutes from Harringay which has a big sainos, Aldi, Superdrug and a maccys for those hungover Sundays. The Turkish food in Harringay too… if you know you know.
It’s around a 5 minute walk to Manor House tube station and Finsbury Park is also just up the road.
About me:
I’m a calm and considerate guy. I like to cook and generally chill in the evenings - this usually consists of watching football (big arsenal fan), listening to music or reading. Although I work in M&A advisory so free evenings are usually hard to come by!
I’m also quite an active person - I try to gym / swim most days and have also started playing tennis again.
