Eilidh here! Looking for two/three new flatmates to join this lovely houseshare in Finsbury Park. Our current flatmates are sadly moving on - Laura is moving to Brussels after finishing her Masters, and Hayley and Pete are moving nearby to 1 bed flat, so looking for some new friendly faces to join me in this great flat!
Looking to find some relaxed, friendly flatmates to share this space with, and to go for a drink or share a meal with from time to time.

The flat:
The reason we picked this flat is the big living/kitchen space which has ample room for cooking, hanging out and unwinding in the evenings, the patio (private to our flat) and large communal garden, and the location.
The rooms for rent are both good sized double bedrooms that face the patio at the back of the flat.

The area:
We are 5-8 mins walks from Finsbury Park tube (Piccadilly and Victoria line) which leaves us within very easy reach of central (3 mins tube to Kings Cross, 12 min to Soho/Covent Garden), and the overground to central, Brighton, Cambridge and London airports.
A massive perk of this area is that we're very close to loads of green space (Finsbury Park, Clissold Park, Woodberry Marsh and reservoir, Parkland walk nature reserve). But also not far from Stoke Newington, Dalston, Highbury and Islington etc. There are some really niceplaces to eat around Finsbury Park and coffee shops, pubs etc. on Blackstock Road.

- This is a basement flat. The front living room is slightly sunk from the road but has a large bay window.
- It's a period property and is single glazed.
- There are security doors and bars (normal for a ground floor property in London).
- There is no through traffic on the road (apart from cyclists) so it's quiet, on street parking is available (payable through the council) and a bike hangar is directly outside the flat (payable, not sure about availability).
- All bills are additional to the rent and are split equally between us. Council tax band is D. Bills are approx. £100 each per month, may be more in winter.
- The tenancy expires end of June 2024.
