Lovely Double room in homey 3 bed flat

Hi there :)

We are Nik and Lisa, we looking to sublet a room from the 1st of February for a minimum of 6 months, 10 months or even beyond that if we get on well.

We are looking for someone who perhaps is also in the creative industries ( not a must at all), likes a quiet but communal home, and is up for a dinner, weekend breaky or movie night :) We enjoy time off but also like to get really productive working on goals and dreams and would love to find someone with the same mind set.
Not a party house but the occasional hosted dinner with friends is very welcome.

We both work in the film industry which means our schedules vary a lot. Sometimes we’ll be working for weeks straight and sometimes we may be at home a lot, working on our own projects.

Lisa likes to do Yoga and record Meditations in her spare time and loves to take the time to cook a proper meal and grow veggies :)
Lisa is German and has lived abroad in different countries for a good chunk of her life. She loves a good book.

Nik is German too and loves all things sound, building and talking about the world. He plays the piano and guitar, sings in a nerdy Choir ( think Start wars, Lotr etc) and is very active sports-wise.

Its a mezzanine flat with 1 kitchen and livingroom area (openspace), one bedroom on the ground floor(yours), and 2 bedrooms (ours) and the bathroom on the 2nd floor as well as a gorgeous roof terrace.

About the room, its a good size room, with a double size bed, furnished with a wardrobe and a small desk.
The room has generous natural light and wooden floors.

The area is absolutely gorgeous with Finsbury Park and especially Clissold Park right around the corner. Victoria Line, Piccadilly Line, and the train station (with direct trains to the seaside) are a 7min walk away - you’re in Central London within 25 min door to door.
