Hey there,

We are looking for a sociable addition to our home as I am going travelling for just under two months. We enjoy games nights, playing guitar and mandolin, hometown brunches, and having friends round for drinks and dinner so we’d love someone with a social vibe that will suit the house.

The flat itself is spacious, modern, and comes with an excellent bunch of housemates. We welcome jam sessions and the occasional collaborative cooking but most of all a positive energy.

The flat is a 5 minutes walk away from Finsbury Park station, and 8 minutes walk from Manor House station. We are beautifully sandwiched between Finsbury and Clissold Park so there’s lots of greenery around either direction.

We have 2 bathrooms, each complete with toilet, shower and bathtub and there is also a spacious shared living room/dining area and kitchen.

As this a sublet, you will pay the rent to me and I will deal with rent to the landlord and bills.

The room is furnished which means bed, chest of drawers, closet etc
