Two rooms in large flat in Finsbury Park

After many years of enjoying this great flat, Phil and Megan are moving to new pastures and we can offer two large and bright doubles in a spacious, clean and furnished three bedroom flat overlooking Finsbury Park.

We have excellent transport links for Central London (Victoria and Piccadilly line), bus and over-ground (to Kings Cross or Old St/Moorgate, and North London) all pretty much on the doorstep.

The flat is large, bright and has wooden floors throughout. The kitchen is well equipped with washing machine/tumble dryer and dishwasher, and the fridge and oven are less than 2 years old.
There's a huge living room with a dining area, big table and six chairs, good for a dinner party! The flat has central heating and broadband/wifi internet.

The bedrooms have a bed, mattress, wardrobe, drawers and storage, and share the main bathroom. There's also separate storage cupboards in the hall for boxes and things. There's no garden or outdoor space (just the huge park opposite!), but there's room inside for bikes if you have one or two.

Jaime is looking for a working person, who is reasonably sociable and might enjoy a glass of beer/wine, or just chilling out in front of the TV sometimes. The flat is non-smoking.
The neighbours in the building are delightful and really friendly - we take parcels for each other and have a group Whatsapp chat for any updates or news.

Regarding bills, you'll be expected to take on one of them in your name. Also you will need to be processed (reference checked) by our landlord, this is fairly standard and straight forward.
