Victorian apartment in Finsbury Park

I am renting out a bedroom in my Victorian semi-terraced apartment, located in a conservation area of Finsbury Park, London. My previous flatmate loved the place so much, they ended up buying the flat next door—so you could say this is a lucky space!

This is a 2-bedroom apartment with southwest-facing bedrooms overlooking quiet gardens, and a northeast-facing living room and kitchen. It’s situated on a no-through street, so traffic noise is minimal.

The Room:
The available bedroom is large, simply furnished with a comfortable bed, chair, bookcase, drawers, and spacious built-in wardrobes. It features two windows that let in plenty of natural light.

The Apartment:
Bathroom: Shared full bathroom, plus a WC for exclusive use with this bedroom.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with a gas hob, dishwasher, and two(!) fridges.
Dining and Living Area: A large dining table seats up to 10 people—perfect for hosting dinners. The living room has a Smart TV with all the usual apps for cozy movie nights.
Other: Located on the first floor (no elevator) and Council Tax Band D.

Location:
The flat is perfectly situated at the crossroads of several fantastic neighborhoods: Finsbury Park, Stoke Newington, Islington, and Stroud Green. You'll find plenty of restaurants, bars, and green spaces nearby. Public transport options include numerous bus routes, railway services, and the Victoria and Piccadilly lines—all within a 5–10 minute walk.

About You:
I’m looking for a flatmate, ideally around 30, who leads a relatively active lifestyle but enjoys unwinding in the living room with a movie when we’re both home.
