King sized room in Finsbury Park

spacious double bedroom available in Finsbury Park on Stroud Green Road! It includes a king-sized bed(recently replaced with a new one), a large wardrobe, space for a desk, and great natural light. The flat is newly built , new appliances, great kitchen to cook in, mix of new and vintage furniture and also has a small balcony. It's a fantastic spot, just a 6 minute walk from Finsbury Park station (Zone 2), surrounded by various amenities such as restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, finsbury park and parkland walk. There is also a small room rented out by a friend (30, non binary) for a few months

The room will be on a lodging basis for minimum 6months and potential to extend. Just have to give one months notice if you’d like to move out. Council tax band D

move in date is 1st November
All bills included apart from gas and electricity so we will pay for what we use at the end of every month

some info about me:

I'm Dow, female, 29, born in thailand and grew up in Kent. I work running food pop ups/catering while freelancing as a designer. I’ll be splitting my time between WFH twice a week from my room and on site with some evenings. London's been my home for nearly 11 years. I'm laid-back, pretty easy going and enjoy a chat/pint every now and again. no pressure to be super good mates but appreciate good communication. Must be LGBT friendly

I'm social yet value personal space so will respect yours, enjoy running, travelling, music, art, writing, reading, cooking etc. pretty well rounded cultural person haha. I’ve cut down on smoking these days, I'll do so only outside of course and hope to quit entirely soon. Fluent in Thai and English, a little Russian and learning German. I love cooking for friends and have them over occasionally but prefer a relaxed atmosphere, ‘not a party house’ (famous spare room line). Families live in our block and ideally would try to keep noise down after 2200

Cleanliness is key—I seek a respectful housemate who shares this value. I tend to work long hours so having a clean and calm place to unwind during the week is really important for me. I’m the kind of the person who will wake up and clean before I start my day, I won’t go crazy over a plate that’s been left out for a day but I’d probably even wash it for you!
