Flat across from Finsbury Park. 3 minute walk to Manor House. 5 minute walk to Finsbury Park Station. Double room available with an en suite and opens onto rear terrace. There is an aditional front balcony that overlooks the park. Flat is furnished, however some of the furnishings in the pictures will be going with the leaving flatmate and there will be rearrangements.
Cat lives in the flat and any new tenant must be pet-friendly and appreciate the songs of his people.
There is currently an arrangement for a cleaner every fortnight. Continuing is up for negotiation.
Generally a quiet, tidy flat with plenty of notice given for guests.

Will need to be approved by letting agency to take over agreement.
