We still have a couple of places left in our drop in house viewings this coming Monday!

We have a great permanent room with a window coming up in our cosy warehouse.

Move in date is anytime in February or 1st March. £794 per month all bills included, rising to £814 in June. Deposit is £705 and should be payed to
reserve the room. All bills are included, high speed internet, regular cleaner, and house supplies like loo roll and cleaning products.

Open House viewings are happening on Monday 18

We are a pretty calm and eclectic group of 6 folk, 7 including you. We work in a variety of industries like hospitality, music, academia, and technology. Some of us work from home. We like all the usual stuff like movies, meals, yoga, chilling, chatting, music, art.
There are a mix of food preferences from veggie to meat-eaters and we are tolerant of all kinds of identities, lifestyles, and preferences. We try to stay conscientious of each other, mindful everyone needs a good night's sleep.

We are looking for someone to stay long term (at least a year). Bonus points if you are communally-minded and want to contribute to making your home life a community rather than a house-share.
Sorry we can't accommodate couples due to having only one bathroom. We also have a furry friend which means we won't accept any more free-roaming p3ts.
