Modern two bed flat w/ shared living room

Hi,

We are looking for someone to take over my flatmates room , starting 1st of May until the end of current tenancy which is August. With possible extension afterwards if things going well.

The room is a double room , quite large & spacious in a double room flat with a shared living room, bathroom includes shower and bath. Kitchen is complete with oven/gas hobs, washing machine, kettle, microwave and large fridge

The flat is located in Finsbury park is quite a nice area to live in with lots of amazing local pubs & resturants to try, most of which are family owned giving you that authentic taste. It has very good transport options including
- 2 minute walk to Crouch Hill Overground.
- 5 minute bus to Finsbury Park station with trains running into central London in less than 15 minutes!
- W3/W7/210 buses on your doorstep

It's also famous for its summer vibe with multiple festivals lined to take place in Finsbury park & Princess Alexandra Palace

You'll be living with me, I'm 29 year old, professional working as a doctor, I do varaiable working hours including late &night shifts so most of the time you'll be having the flat to yourself. I consider myself tidy & clean person who keep things organized & clean around the house. I'm quite active going for runnings & weight lifting. So if you ever need someone to spot you, say no more.

I like cooking, going out, movies & shows ( I come prepared with almost every streaming subscription you can think of) . I value people's privacy and their own time & expecting the same. But also vero keen on that going out for a drink or a dinner.

The room is 1000£ a month. Excluding bills which comes around to about 250£ each per month. That includes council. Gas & electricity, internet, water & a cleaner that comes every two weeks.

In summary, if you are a young professional who is looking for a clean flat in a nice area with good transport options and also down for that occasional movie, dinner or video game nights. You would be a good fit
