Hello! I’m Adam and I’m looking for someone to join me and my partner in our lovely flat in Finsbury Park.
The room is available from 27th June.
THE FLAT
• Big, furnished (bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, built-in wardrobes) double room with ensuite. Definitely a big enough space for a desk for WFH purposes.
• Shared open plan living room/kitchen.
• Washing machine.
• Access to a small shared outdoor area.
• 10 minute walk to Finsbury Park station, 2 minute walk to Crouch Hill ovrerground.
Bills are split evenly between us, and usually come to about 100-120 a month.
ABOUT US
• I’m a 31-year-old working in projects in education (WFH 3 days a week – likely going down to 2 in September), and my partner is a 32-year-old arts journalist (WFH 2 days a week).
• We’re a very chill flat, and enjoy a film, the many bakeries/restaurants/pubs of the local area, and trying to keep an ever-growing collection of houseplants alive.
