Myself and my brother have lived in the flat since August 2022 and now I am moving out to live with my partner so we're looking for someone to take over the remainder of my tenancy (1 year, 3 months).
You will be living with a 26 year old male professional who enjoys running and music. I would to find someone friendly and who wants a nice place to live, and plays their role in keeping it neat and tidy. Ideally, it would be great for the room to go to someone sociable who enjoys a trip to the pub from time to time!

5 minute walk to Finsbury Park station with Victoria line, Piccadilly line and National Rail. Also plenty of bus routes.
Rent and Financials:
£1154 deposit (5 weeks rent)
£1000 per calendar month rent excluding bills
Bills are approximately £120 (water, heating & electric, wifi, council tax band D)
